I mean all legendary hand canons do their job more or less, but I always think in both ways of usage. PVE and PVP and frankly this would suck terrible in pvp, but if you like to kill mobs then its more then enough... Like any legendary weapon anyway.

That's a god awful roll to be honest, performance bonus just sucks, its a stupid perk, and luck in the chamber can be awesome but very situational, my old timurs lash had final round and and crowd control if i remember right (which i may not) and holy -blam!- that thing hit harder than a train, more like a 747
