I heard it was the "make me sexy" wish? But thought id check before wasting a wish lol

I'm pretty sure that one just gives you one of goku's uniforms. Forgot the name but you can only get it through the wish. It's not very good but many people like to collect all the uniforms so Ya. The rare item one gives you goku's power poll. Which is kinda cool.
