  • Fate of the Universe: Rocket Launcher "The Fallen have gotten ahold of the Universe once, but there won't be a second chance." Imagine a fusion rifle rocket launcher. It does not have ammo instead it recharges but kinda like icebreaker. One charge = two shots. It takes about 30 seconds to charge up a rocket. You also don't shoot it like a normal RL. It charges up and it fires an arc homing missile. Though you can fire two individual rockets per charge or fire one very explosive charging rocket. It takes 3 seconds to charge. To charge hold right trigger, to shoot individually fire on a hair trigger. When charging you move 75% slower. Perk 1: Charges last 2 seconds instead of 3 secs. (Megacharger) Final Perk: Charges home on targets and release a toxic arc cloud for 3 seconds. (Arcane Force) It can only hold 1 charging missile or 2 regular missiles, so it doesn't outmatch the gjallarhorn. Again it's a very strong weapon but the recharge time is slow so DPS is lowered a lot. I think it would be kind of OP in the crucible, but again I should mention this: Individual missiles don't home at targets only charging ones do. Yay or nay?
