COW stacks if I dont have the gauntlets equipped. Otherwise outlaw/feedingfrenzy/gauntlets with speed reload is as fast as you can get for reloading a hc

I wish I had rerolled my IB weapons. I wanted to keep the perks that came with it, but I didn't have any money left. I had to grind just for the shotgun.

I feel you. I spent 70 motes just rerolling my shotgun. I am planning on rerolling 2 of my timurs lash next week and hoping to get jolders hammer
