Raditz vs Wonder Woman
Standard gear for both, no backup, in a desert.

Travel speed =/= fighting speed Example: Superman can fly about 40x FTL, yet he can only fight at Mach 8395 Now Kid Goku: PL-250 can fight FTL (Dodged solar flare after he said solar flare, AND dodged RXR Light lasers) Roshi: PL-150 Blew up the moon (earth is 3x moon) Piccolo jr. PL-300 2x the power to destroy the moon, and tanked one of his own blasts. Now Raditz: PL-1400, no matter how you quantify the iffy power levels, can fight FTL, can blow up a planet, and has Moon++ durability. The reason they aren't constantly blowing up planets and solar systems and galaxies and dimensions, is because they can focus their power into a point, just like Vegetas final flash didn't destroy the whole star cluster. Now can WW best that?

You really need to specify the Wonder Woman in question. Some Wonder Woman have the strength to rip a door off of its hinges, to sprint at 60 MPH, to heal more rapidly than any human. Another Wonder Woman has power surpassing some forms of Superman, and is considered a demigod. If we compare their weakest forms, Raditz. If we compare their strongest achieved forms, Wonder Woman. If we consider their strongest possible forms, Raditz. (Technically, he would have been capable of achieving SSJ4, who have the power to destroy planets with energy projected from the tip of their fingers if they so desired)
