Under your fallen grimoire, you are missing the House of Wolves card. To obtain this you must start the Ishtar Collective mission from the beginning. This is a change Bungie made in update 1.1.1. Make sure you start the mission from the beginning. The grimoire card won't populate on your television, but you will see it populate in your grimoire.

For the House of wolves card it worked, thanks for the advice. For the mercury card I will have to wait as many others for the patch.
