Anyone else having a problem with;
-"Ghost Fragment:Old Russia"? It;s the ghost on the very first mission in the pipes...I've picked it up but still says I haven't unlocked it yet?
-Exodus Blue? What playlist unlocks this? I'm sure I've played the map but still not unlocked.
-Mercury?Is it still glitched or?

One of the "Ghost Fragment: Old Russia" grimoire cards (I'm assuming it's the one that's says MAYDAY.MAYDAY.MAYDAY) can be found in the mothyards. It's in the cave (the one up top) next to the wing of the plane), it's sitting in a little crevice.
