I'm happy people have a crack at it, though disappointed it means I can't pick up a new exotic this weekend. That being said, skull fort has infusion which heals from orbs. Raid helms have a chance to offer infusion. Light Beyond Nemesis has infusion. Finally both times I have downed Crota hard on my Warlock I have not had infusion or red death equipped. Unless you are the sword bearer the health regen is not a problem.
