No, and the funny thing is that's the only one I'm missing and, as paranoid as it sounds, I can't get it to drop from any PQ.
I've been farming it all week. And each time its always resetting the same Time Patroller with the same reward
I am happy for you man, glad they are looking out for some of its community.
And hopefully I'm just being paranoid lol
EDIT: I was paranoid. The 4 star ball was gifted a few hours ago. It might've been as a thank you, or an apology for faulty servers, but either way, I am grateful

I told you that you would get it eventually.

You'll get it eventually but I feel you're pain it took me three days to get bardock's gloves to drop and during those three days four hours of grinding nothing dropped.
