Need more friends to start raiding.

Would like to find more friends to start raiding with. I haven't yet managed to do VOG or crota raids. Got a couple of friends also at decent level, lvl31 across all characters.
I have Lvl 31 warlock, lvl 31 hunter, lvl 30 titan.

If you have a Facebook there are raid communities where it's fairly painless to find raid groups I would suggest joining one
