It seems like that is the case for a few other posters here. I don't care about achievements or trophies myself so I never have that issue.
Which game did you play last that you are trying to get their respective achievements/trophies for?

The last one I tried to completely finish was dead space 2 but several achievements seem to be broken for me =/
