Please forgive me but I have searched everywhere for an answer. There is a Ghost Fragment: Rasputin card that hasn't been unlocked yet for me and I'm not entirely sure why or what's required even after searching and obtaining all but two ghosts (both on moon and I dont think either of these are Rasputin) Also what about the Queens Emissary one? Can I still get that? I only played a bit and never got it back then. Thanks a bunch for your response.
