My destroyer is standing by, waiting to repel invaders if needed. On board are two hundred marine personnel that I am willing to put at your disposal. I have a fully stocked medical ward and medical staff. I'm ready to assist in any way possible. I am willing to help your colony in this hour of need, as a show of the Sovereignty's support.
