Agreed. I am a decent swordbearer. I finish Crotesmagotes pretty quickly when I run for friends and family. Decided to ryn sword for randos but ended up turning into 3 hour fail fest. I tried to explain my strategy to make sure everyone knew what to do and instead got "Yeah yeah, enough talk, lets do this." They were in a rush but after multiple fails it was clear they were not going to get anywhere. People running out early forcing the remaining players to dodge a hailstorm of boomer rounds. Idiot trying to solo Ogres. Name it and it was done. I tried to explain what I want done to get it over with but all I get was yeah we know what to do. I was a 32 trying to help but if someone insists that they know what to do then they cannot be helped. A swordbearer cannot carry a group, they can only use the sword. The team still has to pull their own weight and stay alive.
