I'm not sure I could compare it to anything. It's a different type of game to other Final Fantasy games that I've played. I would most likely compare it to games such as Freedom Wars, Monster Hunter and God Eater. Combat surprisingly has a fair amount of depth and being able to switch between characters on the fly is pretty good. I'm only a few hours in so far.
