That ghost is gone and the card is still unlocked.
I'm pretty sure that I had a popup when I picked the card.
I tried to look for it with my 3 characters. It think that i picked it up before the Dark Below
Please do something :)
(Same for Mercury, I've been there for ages and it's still unlocked)
