It has been observed in animals with very small live spans, over a couple of years the species changed into something more suitable for its environment and could not mate with the original species making it a new species entirely. Lizards in California branched off and after many many years the most recent species in each branch could not breed with each other. The adaptations on a species caused by the environment accumulate over time resulting in a different species. Its an observed fact.

This is micro evolution within a species of adapting and interbreeding, which I believe in. It has not been observed that monkeys evolve into humans. Two totally different subjects.

That's because monkey don't evolve into people, we have a common ancestor with them. Millions of years ago a species of ape branched off, one group after millions of years became monkeys, the other eventually became humans after millions of years of adaptations. Micro and Macro evolution is the same thing. Micro is all of those adaptations over a small period of time, in macro all of those adaptations eventually result in a different species after a much much longer period of time.
