BUNGIE! Why is the heavy ammo loss bug back?!?
I am still losing my heavy ammo (and other types as well) on death! Why?
I realize that not everyone may be experiencing this, but our most hated bug is back! After talking up a patch for weeks and then devoting most of a weekly update to it, you guys fixed heavy ammo loss on death, YAY!
And now it's back! Today in the Nightfall I went from 7 rockets to 3 rockets without using a single one, because I kept dying (what can I say I'm rusty).
I'm not a hater of your efforts Bungie and DeeJ, but this is just unacceptable. Dint make such a huge deal out of patching a longtime and loathsome bug, only to have it return within two weeks. Now all my armor with Heavy Ammo carry bonuses gets to collect dust, again!
Please fix this issue PERMANENTLY, and soon!
Edit: Has anyone else been experiencing this issue? Especially from going to Orbit (as a result of dying in Nightfall or any other reason)?
Also please stop commenting with suggestions like power cycling my console or other useless "fixes".

They said nothing about fixing ammo loss when you go to orbit. When you die in nightfall you go to orbit. Simple as that.

Make an edit in the beginning on your post "-edit- heavy ammo loss on return to orbit" It will stop heaps of hate and people confusion plus it will stop those that jump on the bandwagon to complain about nothing Deej claims it was an intended thing most likely to neutralise the amount of heavy but none the less I think it's a bug too that they don't know how to fix

I hear ya man. Deej said that going to orbit shouldn't lose you heavy ammo prior to the fix in the one weekly update. Post update, I was told that going to orbit loss what intended. I don't believe that it is intended. It's like metaphorically transmatting you to your ship and your ghost saying "oh I forgot to bring your rockets along". My response would be to throw him out the airlock.

4 RepliesLet me guess you were soloing nitefall so dieing equals going to orbit.. Going to orbit equals losing ammo.. Yes even after weeks of talking and fixing of course they couldnt fix it completely.. Its called job security..
