Well to be fair, it will be hard to get kills while in super as a Void Hunter. It's more like a Defender in that way. You'll get one kill max during super, so it should balance out with its additional perks. +Void Hunter is focused on PvE much like the Defender because everyone knows the Hunter is the least significant in PvE. Solar Titan isn't too close to the Striker, it definitely has less of an Area of Effect. It's more like the Golden Gun than the Fist of Havoc.
