I'm glad the Iron Banner gets raid quality gear it makes the effort you put in worth it. However I don't think Iron Banner should be the only means to gain raid gear. That what makes Destiny a balanced game, you can earn gear either way PVP or PVE and that's a good thing. Let's focus on making Destiny better. I think players would benefit from raids if the introduced an option that allows you to matchmake or not.
