Plus people could suck but their team carries them, I can see something that iron banner gear is better in crucible such as raid gear has perks for raids, but no crucible player

Psssh. Most raiders get carried through every section.

Crotas end was easier to get gear, but in VoG it wasn't. People still get carried either way, plus as the days goes on, you get more experience so it's was easier to level up later in the week than earlier.
