You have no proof that it will ever come so your claim is moot. and I just because I say the game does not need it does not mean I have no testicles either. This game was not made for the mlg/gb wannabe players it was made for the casual player. As I said most online only games do not ever have customs games modes or lan game modes. it cannot have a lan game mode for the game is online only and your toon is stored on their server not on your console which is what would be needed for an offline lan custom game mode for things like mlg/gb touraments which are not played online but offline. Maybe in D2 they may make a limited offline game mode with a limited toon storage on your console but dont hold your breath on it either.
