So I threw my controller at a wall today....
My internet disconnected when I was already in a bad mood because of the people using shotguns in IB and murmur doing minimal damage at ranges closer than I've one shotted, and getting killed by supers. In my defense, I was aiming for the couch and released late, nailing my brothers art supplies bin he got like 10 years ago and breaking one of the drawers. The only other noticeable damage was not feeling a click when i press the Y-button.
Edit: this seems like it is turning into a confession spot for other people's rages, not the original idea but keep em comin.

I threw mine once when I was running sword, on the last sword, when my power flickered causing the Xbox to restart. I usually just shrug stuff off but I think I was already having a bad day

2 RepliesWell to be honest, Yesterday I was playing Iron Banner and well ummmmm, I was getting killed by a lot of shotguns and this uhhhh one guy was using a Felwinters Lie and I uhhh might've thrown my controller at the ground and ummmmm cursed the guys family for 50 generations. :/

2 RepliesMy problem with the PVP: When I die, I'll press X, but it won't respawn me, it takes like 30 seconds. I have 40mbps down, and 10mbps up. When I do spawn, if it's a room with doors, the doors won't open. The PVP caters to those with crap connections. Also the weapons, christ, it's really showing it's Call of Duty influence. Some weapons can hit from a mile a way, take off 3/4 of health, mean while you can hit them and they'll barely lose anything.

I don't get upset too often with enemies per se, regardless of what weapons they use (including FL, Thorn, whatever), but scoring low because of things out of your control just bloody grinds my gears (as it were). Edit: the lag today after my first Rumble game onwards did make the pillow next to me take quite a beating though.

I stopped throwing controllers along time ago. I do however power off rage quit when stupid raid teams can't handle crota. However part of it came down to a friend I invited. He's a constant player but no clutch player and had wiped us 4 times when the battle was still doable after a minor mess up like one minor death or a slow swordbearer leading to a moving crota. Doesn't mean a lose just an adjustment you dumb -blam!-.

Yea. The crucible is nothing fun for me to play either, mostly why I stick to pve things, although most of my anger was directed to my net dcing in the middle, or the last 30 seconds of a game.
