Yeah! I totally agree with the idea that a long time ago, nothing decided to hook up with more nothing, and do nothing until it became something!

Whoa there. I disagree. I think there's a big magical man in the sky. He created the planet, and put 2 humans on it. He then created a fruit that they aren't allowed to eat, and put it within reach to mess with them. He also created a snake that would convince them to eat said fruit. Then because of that all humans thereafter are considered carriers of their sin. So then the big man in the sky sent his son to earth, making a virgin pregnant [spoiler] ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) [/spoiler] and now he sorta just lets evil run rampant. Everything is a test. The way I see it is, most of his angels failed him, so we're the finished product but we're still in alpha. And I also think there was no apple, but rather, the sin was adultery. [spoiler]just some theories. [/spoiler]

Without religion there's no need for morals. Sure there's nice atheists, but there's no point in life if we all just cease to exist after around 70 years. There is no real proof. I just have faith that I'll be around after death. And Jesus is the simplest, purest religion.

If it's so simple than why are their 30,000 denominations of Christianity?

Sin would contribute to part of that answer because mankind, yet again, wanted to do things how they wanted to and not God's.

They think if you follow some routine, you get into heaven (ie, women wear skirts to their ankles, men never dress casually at church, children speak only when spoken to etc. ) and it's not true. The only thing you have to do to get into heaven is love God, and love others. Not something to be frowned upon if you ask me. [spoiler]And yes. Why would I love him when he has been wrong and immoral in so many cases. I don't believe in your god like you don't believe in Zeus. You are going to hell in every religion but your own. So why is yours right? The only reason gay people can't get married is because of certain churches.

It's also illegal. People think gay marriage is right because more and more gay people started banding together. If a bunch of pedophiles got together it would be the same thing. (Especially since kids marry old creeps in some middle eastern areas) Homosexuality isn't right. Even if millions of people say it is. There are no constitutional laws against gay marriage. You can't legally marry until you are 18. That middle eastern stuff isn't right because the women has no choice.
