No.... It's not up to them. And they obviously don't care in the first place. Of course they want you to upgrade but DC universe online, a Sony game product, is cross gen.... Destiny wouldn't be a problem. They want you play only next gen games on next gen consoles. Since Destiny is on both it wouldn't matter. It's only their problem is all the sudden they say "oh destiny is only last gen now" so then people downgrade. But since that's not gonna happen.... It's not a problem
