You do realize for something to evolve it's DNA has to change completely right? DNA cannot change without being manipulated by humans, but it can gain endurance to certain things like temperature or pain.
Fish didn't form from atoms and fish didn't turn to monkeys and monkeys didn't turn to people. If atoms just collided and built up you'd get some pretty ugly crap that's not living.
For example: an ape will always be an ape, a fish will always be a fish, a human will always be a human.
Therefore evolution was just proven with a fact to be a theory.
You do realize for something to evolve it's DNA has to change completely right? Dude, honestly I'm confused. I'm saying races can't lose scales and grow skin and change bone structure. A human will always be a human a fish will always be a fish and a monkey will always be a monkey. Not everyone looks the same but all humans are human.

Edited by Britton: 5/2/2015 7:06:29 PMCorrection, humans are a species of ape. And the whole fish stay fish thing is somewhat accurate. Organisms can only evolve from what they are. So that's close. But think of a family tree. In a family tree, a couple has some kids, and then those kids have kids, and so on, until the tree is very large and somewhat complex. If you keep tracking the tree long enough, eventually you'll have a generation where those at one side wouldn't traditionally be considered related to those at the other side. Keep going, and let's say one side of the tree, or population, gets geographically isolated from the other side. That same tree keeps going, but now in two very different directions. After many many years, of the two different populations experiencing different natural selection pressures because of their different environments, they will eventually become different species. So when you consider the family tree as each branch an entire species, instead of individuals, you can see how evolution works. So yes fish will only have descendants of fish, but what they look like after enough time can be so different that you'd never know they were related by just looking. All those unique individuals passing on their changes to make more unique individuals across millions of years and generations results in what we see today.

No humans are humans. Simple as that.

Edited by Britton: 5/2/2015 7:14:37 PMOut of everything i said, you only got that? Yes humans are humans, gorillas are gorillas, chimpanzees are all chimpanzees and all three of those are also species of apes. You believe god created everything. So let's work from that assumption. Is it really unbelievable to think an all powerful creator created a universe where through natural processes life came to be and then evolved into what we see today? Evolution is an observed part of reality. So if god created reality, aren't you denying part of god's creation by denying evolution?

Actually evolution is a theory. See a long time ago a star apparently went bang and over the years lifeless objects eventually piled up (you call it bonding) and formed a living being. Life cannot come from that which is without life. Tell me, can a rock and a piece of gum bond to clay and water and make a living thing? Of course not. So how did fish come from that? It didn't. Fish are fish they didn't grow legs over the course of millions of years and turn into apes which eventually turned into people. God created trees. God created fish. God created monkeys. God created apes. God created spiders and ants. God created lions and elephants. God created puppies and dolphins. God created humans. So simple yet refused because some crazy guy said evolution is real. There is a different type of species. Remember when God scattered all the nations? Now we have Asians, Italians, Spanish, English, Australians, Russians. When God scattered the people I can imagine He did that with animals.

Just because it's simple that doesn't make it true. If anything, that makes it worse.

And you accuse others of having a lack of faith....hypocritical much?
-
In the beginning God created. That implies God created everything from nothing with His voice alone.
-
OK cool. So why couldn't have he created a universe where the things we see, like evolution, are just another part of his creation?
-
I don't know. Ask Him.
-
So why can't you look at scientific discovery, as a person who believes in god, and see it as just a way for man to learn about his creation?
-
Who says I don't?
-
I SUMMON HERESY! WHAT IF THE BIBLE ISN'T TRUE? Assorted gasps and screams fill the air SINCE THE ONLY PROOF YOU HAVE IS AN OLD BOOK? OLD BOOK VS. OLD MEN THIS SATURDAY ON bnet.com DON'T MISS THE BEATDOWN OF A LIFE TIME!
I made this all seem ridiculous, if you don't get the joke
-
You do. Because you claim the things we have learned are false, instead of embracing the new knowledge as more information about what he created.
-
I got dumber, just from reading that.
-
I know, I'm horrible at communicating.
-
Then either learn debating skills or just admit you so t know everything. That's no excuse.
-
You have over 200 replies of people you informing you how wrong you are, does that make you question what you said at all?
-
Nope.
-
I'm not trying to be a dick I'm just genuinely curious what do you think of the fact that most everyone disagrees with you? Like do you think they're all trolling just because they don't have the same belief?
-
Nope, I think they aren't able to understand because their eyes haven't really been opened.
-
By that you mean they don't believe in God?
-
In a way. See when you get the Holy Ghost, all the ideas you thought were foolish or weird before suddenly make sense, you see how things are possible and how they work.
-
That is stupid. I mean, just stupid. Creation contradicts itself way too much, and those who "received" the Holy Ghost still don't make a luck of sense.
