You may be able to guess what kind of weapon this would be from the title.
Weapon Name: Stolen Fist
Description: "As the Vex rushed me, I scrambled to find a weapons. One started to run at me, and I ripped his arm off. It worked like a charm." -Anonymous
Appearance:
Pretty much a Vex goblin arm that when you switch to it, you grab it off your back and strap it to your arm. When you "shoot," you just do your regular melee, except with a slight sound of a Vex.
Upgrades:
Damage Type: Solar
Free perk: Comes with no ammo, and can't pick up ammo.
First tree: higher RoF, lower impact; higher impact, lower range; higher range, lower RoF
First perk: Can now "fire" in full-auto.
Second tree: increase in agility; farther slide distance; increase of RoF
Second perk: Picking up special weapon ammo now gives you 25% of your melee ability.
Side note:
Impact does increase your damage of your trigger melee, but not your regular melee. All of the stats and perks only affect your trigger melee, and the two melees use different animations. Armors affecting your melee only affects your regular melee.
I think this weapon could be pretty interesting as a Vex DLC weapon. It could work pretty well, and you could replace the anynymous in the description with somebody involved in the story of the DLC.

this is a very unique idea. would it give the user some kind of lunge?
-
It would do solar. A vex goblin does solar.
It would do solar. A vex goblin does solar.
No, their melee attacks are void, slap rifle is solar, but not melee
-
Yeah that's true

Thanks for letting me know.

why not Kabr

I don't know, but I have a feeling they kind of want the DLC weps to be more related to the plot of the DLC, and not stuff they probably consider "old" like VoG. But it could be a wep from like a super hard mode VoG, if they were to implement a mode like that.

I see why not, a level 35 VoG would be cool
