Before I start off, I gotta give credit where credit's due. Thanks MisfortuneBlade for telling me about this. For those of you who are having trouble leveling up in Iron Banner, equipping one of the shaders, along with one of the emblems that you can purchase from the Iron Banner gives an increased rank bonus at the end of each match. A lot of people probably already know this, but hey if I didn't there has to be others :P Hope this helped Guardians!
