You could honestly probably get each character back to 32 by the time HoW launches. Crotas gear is so easy to obtain and I'm sure you have friends who wouldn't mind helping you out. (I'm on Xbox one otherwise I'd be helping you right now)

I'm on Ps4 as well, the other guy who replied and I could easily just run the story and strikes in less than a couple hours getting you to probably 17-18 plus bounties
