Sooooo...it went down like this...?:
-Two characters were deleted
-A new character was created
-Kid proceeds to go to vault and delete Gally
-Kid transfers some materials to new character (?)
-Last remaining high level character was deleted anyway
-Another new character is created
Your kid lost a lot of time doing something that seems purposely evil, even if he doesn't know what he's doing, I'll assume. Either way, Bungie won't help. They will only help you if it's their fault you've lost something (connection error, companion app glitch, etc). Your kid did it and that's that.
However, if you're on 360, I'll help you level up if you're still for it. Let me know.

Broke it down like a pro. I was pondering the layout of the event as well. Quite sinister, or bogus and he did it for odd attention? I dunno.

Yeah, I dunno either. I'm guessing the OP is either trying to get on the "help me, I'm a victim" bandwagon or just wants attention or has another account on another system or...well he could be telling the truth. Bottom line, OP, Bungie won't help at all since it was a human error, YOUR error, directly or indirectly. But this community might. If you still want to play the game and level up fast, a lot of people will help you out, myself included. Just say the word.
