Running night falls every week since I hit 28 until I got my hardlights gg isn't earning? So what you ran through 3 strikes to get the coins. I've ran countless NIGHTFALLS not just weeklies. I earned my hardlight as much as the people who bought it did. I was not gifted the gun, I grinded for it. Both ways of obtaining exotics are legitimate.

I think it's cause when you run nightfalls,you've got about equal chances of getting every exotic. So you can't particularly say I played this nightfall because you only wanted hardlight..

I played with the sole intention of getting that gun.

Thing is, 9/10 times weeklies are more difficult than NF.

I solo weeklies easily. NIGHTFALLS are more difficult, even with a burn.

This isn't always the case at all. They're all difficult but a weekly with no Burn vs a Nightfall WITH a burn and its a no brainer. Soloing is probably half of your problem.

Burns also increase enemy damage

Of course I am aware of that, but 3 people with the right weapons destroy burn Nightfall vs a weekly with no Burn which is just grind.
