Actually, there are rules. Quite a few, but no God Mode bullcrap, so there has to be a limit to your abilities and you have to have weaknesses. Also, no character jacking, so making other players decisions for them when they're duelling. Like:
"You turn your back for some apparent reason, allowing me to stab you in the kidney 16 times."
None of that shit. Mmk?
Edit: Also, when Ninja said "no rules" in the op, he was referring to the ranking system before this shit happened.

Of course. Also can I be head of a new department, the nature department perhaps. Over seeing the arena that is taken place in nature (mountain ranges, forests, plains, hill country, etc) somebody has to make sure it's not all destroyed right?

I'll look into it, there's a bunch of new recruits so being part of the Dojo, gotta keep track of them all. But we do have a garden... Albeit a rather dangerous one... With only one man who could control it. But that man hasn't been seen for a while...
