Why hasn't the Titan bubble CHEESE been addressed?
When you inspect the six man fireteam you're going up against and you see it coming before the match. 4+ defender Titans with Alpha Lupi and 1-2 golden gunning hunters.
What happens: Once all the Titans on the team have WoD bubble, they will go straight to the B zone. After stacking 4 armor bubbles on top of each other, the hunters walk through what is now an "unlimited super portal". Of course, the bubbles will build off of themselves so the orbs just keep coming. Meaning, yes, literally NON-STOP GG.
This has happened countless times in one iron banner to me. Now I just leave at the beginning if I suspect it.
The worst part is it turns any average player into a god for the time being. We were up 12k to 6k when they start cheating last night. Yes, it is cheating when you have a highly assisted OHK supercharged gun with at least 3 bullets all the time. Your argument is already invalid. Yes, a vortex nova bomb will clear the bubbles and so will FoH. The fact of the matter is it is extremely difficult to beat and I have yet to do so. I'm far from average in the crucible so when I can beat you, just take it haha

If you haven't been victim to this, I fear, it won't be long. It's obviously the "new thing to do" in the crucible. I know the original video from gigglemonster on YouTube is still there(if it's not the original, I don't care).
Why do people exploit this game to this extent? Do you report them? Do you use this method?
EDIT: much strategy, pls teach. Thanks to everyone who isn't hiding in an armor bubble with their other bubble buds
EDIT: someone mentioned tacking orbs out of pvp. I think it's a perfect solution to abusing the system. Earning your own super as opposed to being handed one for running through a bubble is a solid fix.

But as for the rest of your team, well that logic might not come and you can't carry 5 players when they just keep recharging opposition supers. As for a Void Walker and Fists of Havoc, well assaulting zone B isn't straight forward when it is highly defended, golden Gun will drop you mid super or even before you can get it off. It is a pain in the ass system but most PVP games have them. At the end of the day, just leave if it's not for you, I know I will if I come across it again.

It's frustrating sure but it's part of the game. It can be dealt with you just have to synchronize your teams supers to take the bubbles down all at once and kill the occupants. Have someone stay back and snipe the GG as they come out of the bubble and while the GG is waiting to re spawn or running back to the orb area you have time to destroy the bubbles without fear of being supered to hell. Also this strategy is very, VERY rarely seen. I've personally only been part of it once and I've never seen the other team use it at all. I've seen half assed attempts that failed miserably but never seen it pulled off successfully. A good team can easily counter.

Until there is some kind of event featuring all the greatest pvp players, like a championship of some kind, I dont think we've seen jack yet as far as amazing strategies that seem OP. I would like to see something interesting like crucible is now, instead of a dumbed down battle rifles only snore like in the old days... But there are so many posts like this I doubt it. Destiny championship this weekend: No supers no grenades no melees khvostovs only... also no jumping.... blegh...

It's isn't a cheese. Sure it's cheap, but they aren't taking advantage of a bug in the game like getting on top of the towers on the bridge cp.

We countered this last night. Got about 4000 up before they started. Hung at the very edge of the map with snipers at the ready. As soon as gg popped his head out he was down before he could get a shot off. Took ages though and the game ended on a very low score

5 RepliesI've done it once (not proud), I was the hunter. Thing is, hunters need to get out of the bubble to get kills, just hard scope your sniper at his face. I'm yet to face a team who does this, it'll probably be fun to Finalround them with my spear...

It's a very tough strategy to beat but sadly it is a legit strategy. The best counter to this is to try and build a lead early. Once you get it stay away from them. That way you don't feed them kills and more orbs. You also force thier hunters away from the safety of the bubbles. If possible you can try and sneak in a titan or two of your own to foh the bubbles down. My clan and I ran into this once on shores of time. The enemy team actually set this up on B. Which was a great spot for them. However we already had a lead. We stayed back until our own supers were charged. Used golden gun and foh to pop bubbles then the rest of our team sniped down thier team. We did win that match though it was a bit closer than we liked. It is possible to beat. But you need to have your own 6 man, a bit of luck and a solid plan. A group of randoms that don't communicate will get slaughtered every time by this though.

Far below average. It's not cheating, it's a strategy, and likely very frustrating. Never run into it before, but now I'm going to try and get my group to do it tonight, thanks for the tip

Why hasn't the cheese been addressed? Because no one pointed it out till now. I feel another patch coming on, but don't worry. The game is better without all of these stupid exploits.
