Need urgent help!!!

Hello fellow guardians, I have brought this topic to your attention earlier in the forums, but so far no success or a valid answer. My problem is that I have lost one of my Radegast's Fury (Iron Banner Rocket Launcher). I transferred it over via my mobile app and after checking my characters inventory it is not there anymore. I have not deleted or dismantled anything recently. I have done everything from logging off and log back into my account, check my vault on all my characters on both my mobile phone or ps4. It has passed over 24 hours, to be exact it has been days now and still no sign of my item returning back to me. It's really frustrating because I was looking forward to re-roll the perks on it once the iron banner would be available again. Also things like this should not happen, not to me, not to anyone! Any help will be very appreciated. PS: When I check the app on my phone for some reason my warlock looks the same, even though I changed his armor or shader. It only changes when I click on it and refresh it by pulling down the screen. I don't have this issue with Titan or Hunter. I thought maybe that might help. Thanks in advance.
