Flawinter's Lie OP or Nah?
It's hard to toss around the word or abbreviation "OP" properly in a game filled with so many cheap ways to get killed but many think Felwinter's Lie is this super OP shottie/sniper that ruins PVP. I do die by it often but since I prefer to stick with teammates it's rare to see Felwinter's go on a killing spree due to its poor ROF. So I ask: Is Felwinter's lie flawed and overpowered or balanced by its slow ROF? Thoughts?

Great for taking out one target but will fail you if there is a party. People complain cuz they die but this gun is not OP. The slow reload and rof balance it out nicely. You won't be able to charge a room and kill everyone with Fel Winters

I'm inclined to say no, it's not OP. Yeah you get that first shot, but if you mess it up there's no coming back. Gambler's gun for sure. Definitely been a few times I've taken out a felwinters guy with secret handshake (much lower range and impact, much higher rof)

2 RepliesEveryone should keep in mind... the sheer number One Hit Kills by a Level 31 or 32 with a fully Leveled Felwinter's Lie during [i]this[/i] Iron Banner [i]may[/i] be higher due to level, def, and atk advantages. Even a couple of pellets is enough to drop a level 27 or below.

Im a regular shot gun user in crucible . I tend to when most shot gun battles but jesus i just played a match where i land the first shot but Felwinters just murdered me . Not that im complaining . Just saying

I was sniping people at some silly ranges even before I got my Felwinter's upgraded to the range perks I have on it. So yeah, a little stupid. I will admit.

No. It's high risk high reward. If you miss, you're screwed. People are just effective with it.

It's OP, it has a ridiculous range for a shotgun. And practically no way to avoid it. It's nerfable.

4 RepliesI'd say it is borderline op but still in an acceptable spot. Absolutely deadly in the short-to-mid range transition like nothing else but not impossible to counter. Vex gives me way more nightmares than this one :p (not to mention HWM)

I can't complain everyone has the chance to get one and roll the perfect perks. I use mine so it's no issue if other people use theirs.
