I've only ran in to this once and after a striker titan killed all 6 of them they changed their strategy and started playing normally....

Some are smart and stay spread out making it tough to take them out with only one super. Plus if their Hunter's are on point with their Golden Gun, it creates a hard to find window of opportunity.
