Chain lightning, a popular request, yes I'll find a place for it. And the tornado thing was similar to my Tempest Idea, I felt like the suck in thing would be glitchy in Destiny.

Good point, then maybe have a swirl of lighting or wind a few feet from the caster (in like a doughnut around them) and allow the caster to walk with it around them. likely at reduced speed.
