I've come across the same issue as some other people. When I hit "Rank 2 Crucible Kills as a Titan" I received the card but the notice didn't pop on the bottom of the screen and I did not get the points. I was in a salvage game when it happened (about a few weeks ago). I'm currently sitting at 2840 while Destiny Tracker has me at 2845.

Had the same thing on my warlock hit rank 2 and didn't get the 5 score

Do you remember if you killed for the achievement or was it an assist kill, someone near by. My glitch happened when i did not kill the 2500th, but someone next to me killed the person before me.

Pretty sure it was a kill and not an assist kill. I'm still thinking it has to do with the DLC or the limited playlists. I can't say for sure though whether or not that's what's causing the issue for people.

I was playing regular Control this time so I'm wondering if the issue is with DLC or limited playlists (Salvage, Doubles, etc). This is on Xbox One FYI. I'm currently sitting at 2845 while Destiny Tracker has me at 2850.
