When RNG Blesses Your Friends/Fireteam
My friend is le Christmas noob, and I took him through VoG normal for the first time and he gets Truth from atheon. Then we go through Crota. He gets last word from deathsingers. The next week we do Crota, Last Word from deathsingers, and [b]GJALLAHORN [/b] from Crota. Finally we did normal atheon yesterday. And he gets thunderlord. I'm done

Yep. I've had my share of crappy luck. Nothing you can do about it but hope your friend continues to play so at least he can provide additional firepower to your raid teams while you wait for your turn to be blessed by RNG.
