Many of us have been having connectivity issues over the past week. We have been getting error codes from Caterpillar to Baboon and everything else under the sun. I have tried all the networking trouble shoots that have been recommended via Bungie and still have had the same problems. With the amount of complaints, all I want to know from the company itself is that there is a problem, they are addressing it, and they will have it fixed by "X" date. Instead we have gotten moderator responses that say to check our own connection...My connection is more than fine.
This is a BIG game with a lot of players, but if no one can play we will lose interest. Bungie needs to learn some PR basics. This is many of our favorite game right now...when will this be taken care of?
Thanks

There are always some issues during IB week, and azure hit it on the nose. IB is popular among guardians, and sometimes the spike in traffic causes some network issues. With network issues as a whole, Bungie has states they are aware of the issues and have their networking team working on it. Servers, connectivity, and networking are tough things to fix, especially on a live game (meaning a game that's always online and has players on) and with all the variables involved there really is no way a timetable can be set for a fix. I hope your issues clear up and you can get back to playing soon!
