Here's how you get one: -Run a story mission... or even Strike -2 levels under the difficulty -no legendary or exotic weapons -no exotic armor -no sparrows (or, feel free to use no legendary armor, but allow for one piece of exotic armor...) FINALLY primary ammo synthesis has some use! JK you're not supposed to use any ammo synthesis either. Good luck Guardians!
