1st time was on my 1st night fall (day1 player) had no idea how lucky i got and put it in vault for about a month. second time (vog gorgons chest) i dismanteled it straight away as only had 1 character (now have 3). last time from a legendary engram and was just thankfull it wasnt shards or energies.
