the same happened to me when i hit the 2500 kills with the titan. i have the exact gremoire as you, same problem, plus some. I think i got an assist kill when it happened. Do you remember if you killed the 5000 or did someone around you kill them.

Hmmm. That i dont remember. i only had a few kills left when i started the match and was counting the kills waiting for it to pop up. it never did when i got to the kill i needed.
