What is the crappiest exotic (armor or weapon) in your opinion? State the weapon/armor and tell me why?

Weapon- Necrochasm. Why? Do you really think this gun is more fun to use than NLB? If so, I'm fine with that, this is my opinion. Armor- ATS/8 Arachnid. I mean... Come on... Zoom for GG?
