If you are doing actual stat work, I have data. But there is too much missing information. We need a bungee to tell us a few things w/o reveal exactly how mods work. But clearly, all items have hidden modifiers, especially the items that same they have none. Its blatantly obvious that changing class/faction items, shaders and emblems changes the loot table you pull from.
