Well sucks to be you cos you gotta live the rest of your life without a bottom jaw which means you can't eat or drink either so you'll lose all of your muscle mass eventually and become permanently paralysed and permanently in constant agony, hunger, and dehydration, you'll also become incapable of urinating as you'll eventually lose all moisture and your kidneys will dissolve in uric acid as the lack of moisture concentrates it more and more and you'll suffer for eternity. Also you have teeth stuck in your throat, salivary glands, roof-of-mouth, back of your head, and in your tongue. Sorry about that :(
