Because 2.5% wasnt 2.5% I'm not sure about the shit guns like payback sos but guns like suros, slow rof/higher impact, were nerfed 11-13%!!! Crazy but a few people got data pre and post patch to compare on several auto rifles. The numbers don't lie.........however Bungie sure did
