Breakfast: 2 eggs, sautéed seasonal vegetables, 2 pieces of toast, water and coffee. Post-workout: 1 scoop of whey protein, 1/2 cup oats, banana, almond milk and dehydrated peanut butter (PB2) blended into a shake. Lunch: 1 pan-seared chicken breast with steamed broccoli/seasonal vegetable and quinoa. Afternoon snack: banana/apple and almonds Dinner: 1-pan seared chicken breast with steamed broccoli/seasonal vegetable Before bed: 1 scoop casein protein with 1/2 scoop whey protein shaken with almond milk Allow expenditure for special occasions, meeting up with friends, and traveling. It's boring but it gets the job done of keeping me slim and fit.

I eat raw meat. A slab of raw chicken or meat, with a side of dirt.

I try to eat 5 to 7 meals a day. Typically salads, lots of chicken, brown rice, shit like that. I also drink a gallon of water a day. I also drink a few beers a day. Love craft beers with a passion. Been bodybuilding for about 7-9 years (lost track). After I lost my leg (left leg, below knee) I made sure to get in the best shape as possible. It's tough maintaining my regimen after destiny. Have to pull my self away.

We eat alot of chicken or beaf with vegetables cooked differently or even a sallad and mostly potatoes or pasta for the dish.
