As of now, I try to hold to an 80/10/10 diet: 80% Carbs 10% Protein 10% Fats Mostly compiled of fruits and veggies, nuts and whole grains. I try to minimise my meat and dairy intake.

The hashtags... hahahahaha what the fuk When i'm "on" i'll have a couple glasses of Silk unsweetened organic in the morning, low carb protein bar about an hr before the gym, medium-duty workout. Dinner will be upwards of 2lbs of chicken. Broccoli as well. All smothered in olive oil. That's pretty much my "cut" diet. I'll be going on that soon Regular diet is much higher on the carbs but harder workouts. That's when i don't care if i go to 12% BF. It doesn't really matter right now. My back has been hurting so i've been slacking for acouple weeks in the gym. Crap diet too.

A careful balance of protein, carbs, greens and essential fats. Lots of water too. Mmm I love the gym.

Anything fresh. No sugar. Few carbs, mainly veg. Loads of meat.

Lots of Milkshake and semi skimmed milk, at least 2 pints a day. I don't touch fizzy drinks. Mostly Curly fry chips and chicken, occasionally pizza, beans on toast out of convenience. Sometimes I unhealthily don't eat when I'm in gaming mode and realise it's 2am so I'm not using a cooker at that time. Planning to change the food part of this when I get my new place and I have more time to spend prepping things.

Mostly... Breakfast: 2 eggs sunny, rye toast, Taylor ham Lunch: ham & Swiss Dinner: if I'm training, protein shakes. If not, I'm cooking lord knows what. Cooking is a lot of fun.
