When i'm "on" i'll have a couple glasses of Silk unsweetened organic in the morning, low carb protein bar about an hr before the gym, medium-duty workout. Dinner will be upwards of 2lbs of chicken. Broccoli as well. All smothered in olive oil. That's pretty much my "cut" diet. I'll be going on that soon
Regular diet is much higher on the carbs but harder workouts. That's when i don't care if i go to 12% BF. It doesn't really matter right now. My back has been hurting so i've been slacking for acouple weeks in the gym. Crap diet too.
